It was founded in the 10<sup>th<\/sup> century and today we can see the church and the cloister built in the 12<sup>th<\/sup> century. The church has a basilica floor plan and several notable elements, including the central apse that presides imposingly over the interior and splendid sculpted capitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rectangular-shaped cloister is noteworthy for the groups of five columns that replace the traditional central pillars in each gallery, endowing it with remarkable architectural lightness.
